ECHO is a free clinic which also servest meals. The meals are provided on clinic nights for patients and volunteers. Clinic nights are the second Thursday each month. Call the above number for more information.

Loaves and Fishes operates in Carroll County providing access to the federal TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program), as well as providing both salvaged and donated food. The household income must fall below the current guidelines for poverty, and they may receive a food allotment once each month. The food bank is open Mon, Wed and Fri from 10am - 2pm. On Tuesday it is open 4pm - 6pm.
